MASHPEE – The Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office are hosting a Cyber Awareness for Parents presentation on Thursday.
The event is aimed at educating parents about how to talk to their children about the internet and its dangers.
Topics also include cyber bulling and steps to help children remain safe on the internet.
Assistant District Attorney Eileen Moriarty, Community Outreach Coordinator Deb Martin and Retired State Trooper William Burke will take part in the event.
The presentation will be held from 6-7 p.m. at the Mashpee Library.
