FALMOUTH – The Falmouth Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the 2017 Falmouth Citizen of the Year.
Nominees must live or work in Falmouth and be someone who has made a lasting impact on the community over several years.
Nomination forms are available at falmouthchamber.com or at the organization’s Academy Lane location.
The submission deadline is March 9.
Nomination forms may be sent to Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, Citizen of the Year Selection Committee, 20 Academy Lane, Falmouth, MA 02540, by fax to 508-548-8521, or scanned and emailed to [email protected].
The Citiizen of the Year will be celebrated at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner Thursday, April 13 at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel.
