FALMOUTH – Gosnold on Cape Cod has received a $500,000 grant from the Attorney General’s office to help establish a tele-psychiatry program.
The program will connect patients and health care professionals through the use of video conferencing.
Gosnold officials said the new service will help expand their treatment of patients.
They said they will use the money to make possible video conferencing between patients and health care professionals.
The services will be available to patients in Barnstable County.
The funding for the grant came from a settlement between the Attorney General’s office and Janssen Pharmaceuticals.
