BARNSTABLE – Governor Charlie Baker has appointed a new member to the Cape Cod Community College Board of Trustees.

Alex Rodolakis was recently named to the board, joining three other appointees to boards at colleges throughout the Commonwealth.

“Lieutenant Governor Polito and I congratulate the trustees on their new roles and thank them for their willingness to step forward and serve the Commonwealth,” said Governor Charlie Baker.

“Board oversight is critically important, and we rely on their expertise and leadership to be strong stewards of our institutions of higher education.”

Rodolakis is an attorney in charge of Fletcher Tilton Professionals’ Cape Cod office and devotes his practice to corporate and commercial matters.

Rodolakis has experience in corporate governance, commercial litigation and transactional matters and has represented troubled businesses and individuals in workouts and bankruptcy.

He is currently an advisory board for St. John Paul II High School and St. Francis Xavier Prep School and has been a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the town of Barnstable since 2008.
