FALMOUTH – The matter of affordable housing will be in focus tonight in Falmouth as the Zoning Board of Appeals will take up the matter of two proposed affordable housing projects at their meeting.
The Board will look at plans for the Little Pond Place complex, a 40-unit development proposed for Spring Bars Road. Previously, the board had expressed concerns over the land’s location in a flood zone.
Also up for discussion is the 104-unit Lyberty Green development planned for a 2.5 acre lot off Main Street and Lantern Lane. Of those units, 26 are planned as affordable homes.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m.
