Man Dies in One Car Crash in Yarmouth Port

YARMOUTH PORT – One man was killed last night when his Volvo sedan crossed over the center line on Route 6 A and struck a tree in the area of Gingerbread Lane in Yarmouth Port at about 11 o’clock.

Yarmouth police say the crash is under investigation and may have been a medical issue.

There were no skid marks at the scene.

The lone occupant of the vehicle was taken to Cape Cod Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

His name is not being released at this time.
