Man Revived After Drug Overdose in Yarmouth

Narcan training is available at the Yarmouth Police Department.

YARMOUTH – Yarmouth police say the use of Narcan has saved another resident from an apparent drug overdose.

Police responded to the Cumberland Farms on Route 28 in West Yarmouth Tuesday afternoon, where they found a 32-year-old man unresponsive in a car.

Police administered the Narcan and the man regained consciousness.

Yarmouth fire rescue took the victim to Cape Cod Hospital, where he recovered.
