ORLEANS – Instead of just putting out trash, Nauset Disposal is asking its customers to put out food for the needy.
From November 10 to November 21 Nauset Disposal is encouraging all residential customers to place non-perishable food items by their trash toter on their scheduled day for pick up.
The non-perishables will be donated to the Family Pantry of Cape Cod.
“As the beginning of winter approaches, we must continue to support our community members in need. Through Nauset Disposal’s Curb Hunger Campaign, Nauset Disposal customers are provided with an easy way to give back to the local community,” NausetDisposal Owner and President Shawn DeLude said.
Additional donations can be dropped off to Nauset Disposal at 3 Rayber Road, Orleans.
