YARMOUTH – The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School Committee approved Kenneth Jenks as the new Assistant Superintendent for the district at their meeting Thursday night.
Jenks has been the principal at D-Y Regional High School since 1999. He was a teacher and assistant principal at the school before being elevated to principal.
George Morrison, a former assistant principal at D-Y High School, is set to replace Jenks at the high school after being appointed to the position by Superintendent Carol Woodbury.
Jenks is scheduled to earn $133,000 as assistant superintendent.
