New CFO Named for The Davenport Companies

SOUTH YARMOUTH – The Davenport Companies have announced the promotion of Ann Millett to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Millett has been with the company for 27 years, most recently holding the position of Controller.

In her new role, Millett will oversee day-to-day management of the finances of all divisions within The Davenport Companies including Davenport Realty Trust, Davenport Building Company, Red Jacket Resorts and Thirwood Place.

Steve Aschettino, who has served as the company’s CFO for the past 17 years, will continue in his role as a Trustee and Treasurer for the company.

“We are in the very fortunate position of having two extremely strong financial thinkers who have a long history with the company,” said CEO DeWitt Davenport.
