BARNSTABLE – The Barnstable Land Trust is officially under new leadership.
Janet Milkman took over as the organization’s new executive director Monday.
She previously served as the executive director of the Marion Institute and has experience in non-profit management, community development and environmental policy.
Pamela Danforth had served as interim executive director last March after the land trust reorganized for the future.
Previous executive director Jaci Barton took on the role of Land Protection Specialist to focus on preserving open space.
