FALMOUTH – Incoming President and CEO of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, Michael Kasparian, has been with the Chamber in various capacities since 2008.
Kasparian says he’s excited for the new position but also thanks the hard work and recognizes the achievements of his predecessor.
“Under the leadership of this Board of Directors and the leadership of Jay Zavala the Chamber has grown tremendously and made tremendous success and inroads within the community,” he said.
Kasparian said his goal is to stay on the path the chamber is on now.
“So there is no mandate for change and having me take the place of Jay pretty much ensures a smooth transition with no changes,” he said.
Kasparian says he looks forward to continuing the good work done by Zavala and the staff, he says the Chamber enjoys a good relationship with area businesses.
