NSTAR to Change Its Name

BARNSTABLE – NSTAR is changing its name.

The company has announced they will be known as Eversource Energy beginning February 2.

They’re asking customers to make bills payable to Eversource instead of NSTAR, and add that those who are billed electronically will simply see a name change.

The name change will not affect account numbers.
