Nth Degree Season Finale Concert to Celebrate “Freedom”

FALMOUTH – The third season of the Cape Symphony’s chamber music ensemble Nth Degree will come to a close next month with a concert honoring and celebrating Freedom.

Acclaimed guest artists for ‘Freedom’ include Kee-Hyun Kim on cello, Jonathan Cohen on clarinet and a return appearance of Mikael Darmanie playing piano.

“Quartet for the End of Time” features cello, clarinet, violin and piano.

The quartet was premiered at the camp in 1941.

The finale for the third season of Nth Degree will take place on Friday, June 2 at 7:30PM at the newly renovated Simon Center for the Arts at Falmouth Academy or on Saturday, June 3 at 7:00PM at the First Congregational Church in Chatham.

Tickets are $35 each and are all general admission.

Nth Degree, the Cape Symphony’s Chamber Music Ensemble, was founded in 2014.   

Jae Cosmos Lee, the Symphony’s Concertmaster, directs the ensemble, which features Symphony musicians and noteworthy guest artists dedicated to creating music of the highest caliber.

Performances are held in intimate venues to connect the musicians and the audience. 

The group is available to perform at private events.
