OUI Charges After Dennis Crash

DENNIS – A West Harwich man was arrested last night after he allegedly fled the scene of an accident in Dennis at about 7:15.

32 year old Nicholas Nance now faces charges of leaving the scene of an accident, OUI, and negligent operation, he allegedly plowed into the back of a pickup truck stopped at a light at the intersection of route 134 and old County Road.

Nance was apprehended after a short search, he was held on 500 dollars bail.
