Over $21,000 Raised to Benefit the Family Pantry of Cape Cod

HARWICH – The Allen Harbor Yacht Club’s “Summer Thanks for Giving” charity event that was held on July 15^th, raised over $21,000 to benefit the Family Pantry of Cape Cod.

The money will make it possible for the Pantry to provide over 84,000 meals to those in need across Cape Cod.

The Yacht Club also hosts the winter “Thanks for Giving” charity event annually since 1989 that also benefits the Family Pantry.

“We appreciate this event so much, the summer is a quiet time for donations and this will really make a difference,” said Family Pantry Executive Director Christine Menard.
