Payomet Late Summer Music Programming Extended Through October

 

highland light truroTRURO – The Payomet Performing Arts Center is extending its 2015 late summer season music programming through September and October.

Kicking off the celebration will be returning blues sensation Popa Chubby on September 3 and on September 4, the 26 year old multi-instrumentalists Blind Boy Paxton.

Payomet is overwhelmed for the Grammy award winner Lisa Fischer on September 5 and closing the holiday weekend with a dance party led by Rosie Ledet and The Zydeco Playboys.

On September 10, Eilen Jewell, who crafts a unique style that mixes poetic ballads with swinging rockers, will hit the stage, followed by modern songster Dom Flemons on September 12.

10,000 Maniacs visit Payomet on September 20, the David Bromberg Quintet on September 27, Steep Canyon Rangers on October 10 and James Montgomery Blues Band with Claudette King on October 17.

UK rock band, The Zombies will take the stage at Provincetown Town Hall as part of the late summer season music programming on October 3.

Ticket prices vary depending on performance and location, but are available at the Payomet Performing Arts Center Box Office in North Truro and the Payomet Wellfleet Box Office.
