Pedestrian Hit on Route 28 in Centerville

CENTERVILLE – A woman was taken to Cape Cod Hospital just after 5:30 this morning after beign struck by a car on Route 28 in Centerville.

The accident was at the intersection of Strawberry Hill Road near the CVS and St. George Greek Orthodox Church.

The woman was crossing the street at the time of the crash, according to police. According to fire officials, she was not seriously injured.

Police are investigating.
