On Wednesday, August 20, at around 4:30AM, Patrolman Joseph Green responded to the Paddock Restaurant for a burglar alarm.
Other midnight officers also familiar with recent activity in the downtown Hyannis area responded as well and quickly established a perimeter while Ptl. Green approached the building.
