FALMOUTH – Recovering Champions has announced the hiring of veteran behavioral health manager Nicole Costa as their new Executive Director.
In her new role, Costa will manage daily operations, enhancing current program offerings with an additional focus on expansion opportunities.
Prior to joining Recovering Champions, Costa served as the Executive Director at Spectrum Health Systems in Westboro, MA, where she managed and oversaw the operations of eight inpatient substance abuse treatment programs in Massachusetts.
She was also the Division Director for South Bay Mental Health and held supervisory positions at the Suffolk County House of Corrections in Boston and Bridging the Gap in Worcester.
