HYANNIS – The DPW will be performing roadway improvements on Old Town Road in Hyannis beginning Wednesday.
The improvements will include reclaiming the road then repaving.
The entire length of Old Town Road will be worked on from Craigville Beach Road to Strawberry Hill Road.
Work will be conducted from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during work hours the road will be reduced to one lane.
Work is expected to be completed by Friday, October 24.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
