HYANNIS PORT – The Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate is undergoing a restoration project at the main house at the Kennedy Compound in Hyannisport.

Robert Luddington is the interior designer who worked with Rose Kennedy in furnishing the house in the 60’s, he says the Institute has a specific goal in mind.

Luddington says the house has not undergone many changes since the Kennedy Presidency and is using photos and his recollection to recreate the original décor.
