NANTUCKET – Housing Assistance Corporation will be holding two upcoming information sessions at Nantucket High School on the Sachem’s Path project and its lottery application process.
The affordable housing community will consist of 40 single family homes off Surfside Road on the island.
The first phase of the project will consist of 15 homes being developed by HAC and one by Habitat for Humanity of Nantucket.
The first session is today from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by another Thursday, April 2 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The lottery application deadline is May 21.
