The Salvation Army Red Kettle Drive kicked off last week.
A ceremony was held the start the campaign and Barnstable town officials presented a check to the Salvation Army to kick off the annual campaign.
This year’s campaign goal is to raise $83,000 to support the programs and services of the Hyannis Salvation Army Corps, according to Barnstable Town Manager Thomas Lynch.
