Sandwich Fire Has Busy Friday Night

fire department patchSANDWICH – The Sandwich Fire Department had a busy Friday night.

Crews responded to a call on Firefly Lane for high levels of carbon monoxide around 7:40 p.m.

Firefighters ventilated the home and treated residents at the scene who refused transport to the hospital.

An hour later, around 8:40 p.m., crews responded to a motor vehicle that rolled on Main Street in front of Town Hall Square.

All the passengers refused to be transported to the hospital and Sandwich Police is investigating the accident.
