FALMOUTH – The Falmouth community gathered at St. Anthony’s Church this morning to pay their final respects to one of two Falmouth High Schoolers killed in a crash last week.

A funeral was held at the church this morning for Owen Higgins before he was laid to rest at St. Anthony’s Cemetery.

A wake for Higgins was held yesterday at the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home in Falmouth.

Higgins is buried next to his friend and teammate James Lavin, who was laid to rest earlier this week.
