Sewer Work Closes Roads in Chatham

CHATHAM – Old Queen Anne Road between Stepping Stones Road and Winterset Drive in Chatham will be closed to traffic for about three weeks while crews install new sewers in the street.

The closures will begin Monday and work will take place from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting.

A detour for through traffic will be in place utilizing Main Street and George Ryder Road.

There will be signage and police will be on scene assisting with traffic.
