BARNSTABLE – A South Yarmouth man charged with motor vehicle homicide after his van allegedly struck and killed a man and injured a woman on Route 20 Saturday night, pled not guilty today in Barnstable District Court.

Paul Dennehy was released on $5,000 bail and was ordered to abstain from alcohol.
