The unemployment rate on Cape Cod has been declining for over a year – a sign that the economy is growing. David Augustinho with the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board joins the program to talk about the jobless numbers. One byproduct of the good numbers is that employers are having more difficultly in finding new workers.
