Tests Still Underway in Custodian’s Death

hazmat symbolPLYMOUTH – The investigation continues into the death of a custodian at the Manomet Elementary School on July 7th.

Plymouth Police Chief Michael Botieri said  the Medical Examiner’s Office is conducting an autopsy and toxicology tests.

Apparently the custodian Chester Flaherty, 53, succumbed to some sort of fumes as he was cleaning the floor.

It seemed like a routine task according to Botieri.

Toxicology tests can take several weeks.
