The 33rd Bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway will raise money for multiple sclerosis research. Riders will embark on a 150-mile, two-day journey across the South Shore and the Cape as part of the event.

The ride begins in Quincy on Saturday morning and will travel down the South Shore. Riders will stop for the night at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay and then will travel from Bourne to Provincetown on Sunday.

The Bourne Bridge will be limited to one lane for drivers from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday as bikers come onto Cape Cod.
