MASHPEE – The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe has released its final environmental impact report for its proposed resort casino in Taunton.

The tribe released the report yesterday.

Plans call for building the casino on a 151 acre site in Taunton. The proposed site is off Route 24 and Route 140.

The tribe is hoping to have that land placed into trust by the federal Department of the Interior.
