Volunteers Needed to Plant at Future Sight of 9/11 Memorial in Yarmouth

YARMOUTH – Volunteers are needed to help place plants at the future sight of the 9/11 memorial garden in Yarmouth.

Members of the community and the Yarmouth police department have spearheaded the effort to construct a memorial, which will incorporate a girder from the World Trade Center.

Volunteers will be planting at the site, which is located on police department land, on Sunday morning at 10.
