Wareham, Bourne and Provincetown hosting Toy Drives

STUFF-A-CRUISER-PICCAPE COD – With less than two weeks until Christmas, time is running out to donate new toys for children in need across the region.

The Wareham Police Department is holding its 5th annual Stuff-A-Cruiser toy drive today.

The drives will be held at the Target and Walmart stores in Wareham from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Collected toys will be turned over to the Dick Melloni Youth Foundation Christmas Toy Drive for children in need throughout Wareham and surrounding areas.

The town of Bourne will be holding a Stuff-A-Bus toy drive today at Peebles Elementary School on Trowbridge Road in Buzzards Bay.

The drive is from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Toys are for preschool through middle school children.

Provincetown police are also trying to Stuff-A-Cruiser today at the Stop and Shop on Shankpainter Road today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There is also a donation box in the lobby of the police station for those unable to make the event.
