YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police arrested Jospeh Gallo, 28, of Yarmouth Saturday after receiving a tip from a citizen reporting erratic driving on Station Avenue.
Gallo was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Illegal Drugs, Operating a Motor Vehicle Negligently so as to Endanger, Marked Lanes Violation and Possession of Class B Illegal Drugs.
Dispatcher Stephen Peterson told patrol officers that a caller was reporting erratic operation.
The caller reported the Chevy Malibu was heading southbound into the oncoming lane several times and hitting curbing.
