Gunner is a very handsome, very shy southern mix. He is insecure meeting new people or going into a new environment – while Gunner is very frightened of new things or people, he has never been aggressive and just tries to move away from things that he finds scary.
Gunner’s eyes light up when he meets another dog, and his whole body relaxes as he wags his tail. For this reason, Gunner is looking for a home with a more confident dog to be his role model!
Gunner is housetrained already, and knows a few commands. He loves his crate and sleeps inside it at night. He likes to play with toys – balls, squeakies, or tug ropes are all fair game. In his previous home, Gunner lived with a cat. Because of his timid personality, Gunner is looking for a low-traffic home without children.
