BOURNE – Police executed a search warrant Monday morning at a Megansett Road home in Bourne and seized a loaded sawed off shotgun, semi-automatic .45 caliber handgun, marijuana, a small amount of crack cocaine, a large amount of powdered cocaine, and $1,300 in cash.
As a result of the search warrant, three individuals were arrested:
Terrance M. Cardoza, Jr. (age 20) of East Falmouth for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Drug—Marijuana, Possession of a Loaded Sawed-off Shotgun, Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possession of Ammunition without a Firearm Identification Card, Possession of a Large Capacity Magazine, Receive Stolen Property Over $250 (firearm).
Dominique D. King (age 32) of New Bedford for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug—Cocaine, Subsequent Offense and Obstruction of Justice.
Kimberly Frye (age 26) of Falmouth for an outstanding arrest warrant including Possession of a Class B Drug—Cocaine.
The arrests are a result of an investigation, which included controlled narcotic purchases.
The search warrant was executed jointly by Bourne Police, Falmouth Police, Mashpee Police, and the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office.
