3 men charged with armed robbery, A&B with dangerous weapon in Sandwich

SANDWICHFrom Sandwich Police: The Sandwich Police Department responded to Tarragon Dr at approximately 0035 hours for a report of a group of kids causing a disturbance in a vehicle. Upon arrival police observed two vehicles with people running to get inside. At the scene, police spoke with the male victim who stated that three men in one of the vehicles jumped him. He stated one male party pulled a knife to his throat and ripped his necklace off him. All three male parties were kicking and punching the victim during this time.

After an investigation police arrested 18-year-old Hector Flores out of Wareham, 18-year-old Jorden Maclure out of Wareham, and Tyler Noe out of Wareham. Hector Flores is charged with Armed Robbery, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Possession of Class C Drug. Jorden and Tyler are both charged with Armed Robbery and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

This incident was a result of a possible drug meet up. This was not a random incident and the parties involved are known to each other. The victim suffered minor injuries. Both the knife and necklace were recovered from the scene. This incident is currently under investigation by Officer Jaroszuk.
