UPDATED: 4 evaluated after Brewster crash

BREWSTER 
– Brewster Fire reports that on Friday June 21 at 2:47 PM, Squad 241 and Ambulance 244 were dispatched to a two car motor vehicle accident with reported injuries at the intersection of Paine’s Creek and Main Street. On arrival Car 232 (Deputy Chief Varley) assumed command and reported two vehicles with minor to moderate front end damage and four occupants requiring medical assessment.

On arrival of the units Paramedics initiated triage operations and assessment of the patients. As a result of the evaluation it was determined all four occupants suffered injuries that were not life-threatening. All signed medical care and transport refusals. The Brewster Police provided traffic control during the incident and the Brewster DPW assisted with clean-up of the intersection.
