YARMOUTH – From Yarmouth Police: On Friday, November 30, 2018 at 8 PM, Members of the Yarmouth Police Department Proactive Anti-Crime Unit encountered two people inside a 1998 blue Buick Lesabre with Massachusetts in a supermarket parking lot in South Yarmouth.
One of the subjects was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and heroin and placed under arrest. A digital scale and a small amount of cash was also seized.
Wise Mecca Allah, Also Known As Jamar J. Bland, age 38—with known 60 priors in Massachusetts—was booked and held at YPD Headquarters on $2,500 cash bail. Allah was charged with Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts), and Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense).
Allah was arraigned Monday in the Barnstable District Court on the drug charges from Friday night’s arrest by the YPD Proactive Anti-Crime Unit.
The judge ordered Allah’s bail revoked and he was transported to the Barnstable County Correctional Facility.
