HARWICH – An ATV crash on Jay Z Drive Sunday at about 3 PM sent a male operator to Cape Cod Hospital reportedly suffering from serious injuries to his upper torso. When police arrived on scene the male was reportedly unconscious but breathing. A female passenger was not injured. According to reports, both were not wearing helmets. Jay Z Drive is a single dirt road off of Queen Anne Road. The Massachusetts Environmental Police are handling the lead on this investigation with help from Harwich Police. No further information is available at this time
