Barnstable Police investigating reported stabbing at Hyannis hotel

HYANNIS – Barnstable Police responded to a reported stabbing at the Cape Codder Resort on Iyannough Road (Route 132) about 7:30 PM Saturday. The victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening. One person was taken into custody and there appears to be no threat to the public. Further details were not immediately available.
