ORLEANS – A bicyclist was injured after reportedly falling off the bike in Orleans around 10 AM. The incident happened on the Cape Cod Rail Trail off West Road. The victim was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with a possible head injury. It was not immediately clear if the rider was wearing a helmet.
