PROVINCETOWN – A man was reportedly seriously injured after reportedly falling off his bike. The accident happened in the area of 182 Commercial Street on the west side of the downtown area. Rescuers considered a MedFlight for a reported head injury but transported the victim to Cape Cod Hospital. Further details were not immediately available.
Meanwhile another bicyclist was injured in Mashpee sometime after 4 PM Sunday. Rescuers were called to the parking lot of the Mashpee Baptist Church on Great Neck Road North. The cyclist, who according to reports was not wearing a helmet, suffered a head injury and was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.
