Bizarre crash in West Barnstable under investigation

WEST BARNSTABLE – Barnstable Police are investigating a bizarre crash in West Barnstable shortly before 4 PM. It appeared a Honda Fit went down the dirt road part of Willow Street near Route 6 and then went up a long driveway around a private house and ended up against the house a generator and a propane tank. The homeowner came home and heard the vehicle running on the side of the house. and called authorities. The driver had to be extricated out the rear of the vehicle and was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries, Barnstable Police are investigating.
