EASTHAM – A car reportedly lost control and struck a utility pole before hitting the side of a building in Eastham. The crash happened about 3:15 PM at 1050 State Highway (Route 6). The driver was evaluated for injuries that did not appear life-threatening. A building inspected was called to check the damage to the building and Eversource was called to replace the pole. The crash is under investigation by Eastham Police. 276 Eversource customers lost power while repairs were being made.
