WEST BARNSTABLE – Firefighters were called to douse a brush fire in West Barnstable Sunday afternoon. The fire was in a heavily wooded area on state property. West Barnstable, Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills and Mass Department of Conservation and Recreation fire crews were able to quickly get the fire under control. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
