HYANNIS – A small plane flipped upside down on the runway at Cape Cod Gateway Airport about 3:30 PM Thursday. initial reports say the pilot was able to get out of the plane and was evaluated at the scene by EMTs. The airport was closed and flight delays in and out are likely-check with your airline. The airport did partially reopen a short time later. The FAA will investigate the incident.
