EAST HARWICH – A car struck a utility pole and rolled over in Harwich shortly after midnight. The crash happened on Orleans-Harwich Road (Route 39) at Skipper Shea Lane. The driver was taken to Cape Cod Hosptal with injuries that were serious but not life-threatening. Harwich Police are investigating the crash which closed down Route 39 until the pole could be made safe.
