OSTERVILLE – A car reportedly struck a utility pole and then rolled on its side in Ostervile shortly after midnight. The crash happened in the area of 127 West Bay Road. The driver was able to get out of the car and was taken to Cape Cod Hospital for evaluation. Power was knocked out in the area until Eversource could arrive. The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police who will reportedly summon the driver for operating under the influence.
